This is where my journey starts. To understand what is going on here, you must have an understanding of cryptocurrency, WiFi, and tech. I have plenty of articles to explain. It’s just the understanding that comes with it.
I was scammed by a website that asked me to buy via crypto, and they were going to send me three devices for a total of 1k; they were going for about USD 450 last year. Yeah, that was a scam. They were selling for $350, so it would be logical to buy from that company. Please don’t fall for FOMO investments; it could be s scam!
Regardless, the Bobcat 300’s cost decreased drastically; I picked up two. One for the home office, yet to be determined for the next.
So I purchased my first Bobcat 300 and was operating at the standard 4.8 dbi with the standard antennas that shipped with it. I made an experiment or 2 with the placement of the device +anntenna, and I was slightly pleased with my returns, but I always push the envelope. I wanted more!
So I bought the standard setup, x2, because I am just like that.1 For primary placement and secondary placement. This time of year it costs $130 legit USD dollars.
So this is where it goes from here now. I needed this; know your parts/sports!: I finally sourced the right part pictured to be.
There is no “baseline” to judge off. I started with the standard 4 dbi antenna.
I think it is all working!!!
